Vita Mironova was born and raised in the Eastern European
country of Latvia. She graduated from the Applied Arts College in
the country's capitol city of Riga, receiving a Bachelor of Arts
Degree in the discipline of Stained Glass.
After moving
to the United States in 1996 (she gained citizenship in 2001), Vita
continued her education in graphic and web design, attending the
Milwaukee Institute of Fine Arts and the University of
Massachusetts, Lowell. Over the years, she has worked for a number
of cutting-edge design firms as a direct employee and freelance
contractor, honing her skills and increasing her practical knowledge
of the design field.
Vita differentiates herself from
the competition by striving to strike the perfect balance between
form and function in her designs. She understands that while a
design may be beautiful or captivating, it may be found lacking in
its ultimate goal of communicating a specific message. On the other
hand, a design need not suffer aesthetically in order to provide the
audience with the intended information. It is the acute
understanding of this fundamental rule that successfully drives
Vita's creative process from initial concept to the final
results.
Maintaining continuous contact and productive
dialogue with the customer is one of Vita's strongest traits. She is
always vigilant for new communication from her clients and is
dedicated to comprehending exactly what the customer needs and
expects in their designs. She recognizes and appreciates the trust a
customer has placed in her to present their identity to the outside
world, and knows that to truly send out their message, she must
understand that message intimately.
